1. The ALCON REWARD PROGRAM is valid between 1st January 2026 and 31st December 2026 (“Term”). Consumers must purchase the participating contact lens products specified in no. 5. The renewal of this program after 31st December 2026 is left to the discretion of Alcon, and new Terms & Conditions may apply.
2. The ALCON REWARD PROGRAM is applied only to consumers who are residing in Singapore and have a valid Singapore mobile number.
3. One person can only register for one ALCON REWARD PROGRAM account with one Singapore mobile number.
4. An e-Stamp will be awarded for every box of participating contact lens products purchased. Each redemption cycle consists of 9 e-Stamps and is valid for 12 months from the date of the first e-Stamp collection.
   • The program will reset automatically after 12 months from the date of the first e-Stamps collection.
   • Any unclaimed reward will expire after 12 months from the date of the first e-Stamp collection.
5. The participating contact lens products are Dailies TOTAL1™, Dailies TOTAL1™ for Astigmatism, Dailies TOTAL1™ Multifocal, PRECISION1™, and PRECISION1™ for Astigmatism.
6. A mixed purchase of the participating contact lens products to qualify for the redemption process is allowed; FREE one (1) box will be of the LOWEST VALUE product purchased. The mixed purchase must be within the same product range of Dailies TOTAL1™ or PRECISION1™ specified in no. 5.

   2. FREE one (1) box of PRECISION1™ product after purchasing the 9th box of PRECISION1™ or PRECISION1™ for Astigmatism. The FREE box will be based on the LOWEST VALUE product purchased. While stocks last.
8. The e-Voucher or e-Gift Card will be fulfilled within 1 business day upon verification of your uploaded purchase receipt(s) and made available in your account.
9. The FREE one (1) box can only be redeemed at the SAME OUTLET/CHAIN after completing the purchase of 9 boxes under the condition(s) specified in no. 7 from the participating optical store/chain selected and/or confirmed by the consumer during the promotional period. No change of optical store/chain is allowed throughout the redemption process.
10. The redemption specified in no. 7 are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable to cash or other items.
11. Alcon reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
12. Alcon reserves the right not to honour the program if there is reasonable suspicion of forgery, fraud or any other reason in the absolute discretion of the company.
13. Alcon reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Alcon Reward Program at any time. Alcon will use reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice of material changes through official communication channels. For clarity, routine promotional activities, inventory updates, changes to voucher partners, or similar adjustments may be announced on shorter timelines, provided that the core program terms remain materially unaffected. Rewards earned prior to the effective termination date will remain redeemable for a grace period of thirty (30) days from the termination date, or until their original expiry - whichever is earlier - using the method(s) communicated by Alcon. After the grace period, any unredeemed rewards will automatically expire. In cases whee platform access is discontinued, Alcon will provide alternative redemption channels and instructions.
14. Participants must be 18 years or older. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years old, participation requires parental/guardian consent.
15. The information (including personal data/information) voluntarily provided by you can be used or processed by Alcon (including related contractors, who provide services to Alcon). In processing your Personal data/information (including disclosing to an international recipient), Alcon will be bound by applicable data protection regulation. By providing your data/information (including personal data/information), you hereby consent to the use of your personal data/information for legitimate business reasons in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
