  1. What is Alcon Reward Program?
    • It’s a program that rewards consumers, who purchase Dailies TOTAL1™ and PRECISION1™ range of contact lenses from Alcon regularly.
  2. How can I join Alcon Reward Program?
    • Step 1: Purchase any Dailies TOTAL1™ or PRECISION1™ contact lenses.
    • Step 2: Scan the Alcon Reward Program QR Code & register as a participant.
    • Step 3: Collect E‐stamps with every purchase.
    • Step 4: Collect Rewards upon completion of each purchase level.
  3. Who can join Alcon Reward Program?
    • Consumers residing in Singapore, with a valid Singapore mobile number, are eligible to join the Alcon Reward Program.
  4. Can I sign up for 2 accounts under my name/mobile?
    • No, each person can only register for one Alcon Reward Program account with one mobile number.
  5. Can I share my account with others?
    • No, multiple users per account it is not allowed.
  6. Will my account expire?
    • The Alcon Reward Program is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of first Estamp collection and for the enrolments completed from 1st January – 31st December 2024. The renewal of this program after 31st December 2024 is left to the discretion of Alcon.
Earning My E-stamps
  1. When can I start earning my E-stamps?
    • You can start earning your E‐stamps immediately upon successful registration of an account, acceptance of Terms & Conditions for the Alcon Reward Program and making your first purchase of Dailies TOTAL1™ or PRECISION1™ contact lenses.
  2. How do I earn my E-stamps?
    • For every box of Dailies TOTAL1™ or PRECISION1™ contact lens purchased, you will be awarded 1 (one) E‐stamp. You need to upload your purchase receipt to qualify for the unlocking of E‐stamps. Each receipt can only be submitted once for the E‐stamp collection.
  3. Are my E-stamps transferable?
    • No, the E‐stamps can only be redeemed by the account holder.
  4. Can I collect E‐stamps on my past purchases made before I join the program?
    • No, E‐Stamp collection starts after registration of an account with Alcon Reward Program, applicable to purchases made and receipt dated on or after the date of account registration.
  5. What is the maximum quantity of E-stamps that I can accumulate?
    • There is no maximum quantity for E‐stamps collection. Each redemption cycle for Dailies TOTAL1™ or PRECISION1™ products is 9 E‐stamps. Once the redemption cycle has been completed, the user can start a new cycle for E‐stamps collection and rewards within the enrollment period.
  6. Will my E-stamps expire?
    • Any unused E‐stamps and unclaimed rewards will expire after 12 months from the date of first E‐stamp collection. This is valid for the program enrolments completed from 1st January – 31st December 2024. The renewal of this program after 31st December 2024 is left to the discretion of Alcon.
Redeeming My Rewards
  1. How do I track my reward status?
    • You can view under ‘Your Reward Status’ section after logging into your account. The available rewards will be unlocked and colored; locked rewards will remain grey. The redeemed reward will be stamped with “REDEEMED” on it.
  2. When can I start redeeming my rewards?
    • You can start redeeming your rewards as follows:
      For Dailies TOTAL1™
      1. FREE one (1) SGD15 Grab e‐Voucher after purchasing the 4th box of Dailies TOTAL1™ or Dailies TOTAL1™ for Astigmatism or Dailies TOTAL1™ Multifocal. While stocks last.
      2. FREE one (1) box of Dailies TOTAL1™ product after purchasing the 9th box of Dailies TOTAL1™ or Dailies TOTAL1™ for Astigmatism or Dailies TOTAL1™ Multifocal. The FREE box will be based on the LOWEST VALUE product purchased, in the event that a participant buys more than 1 (one) variant of contact lenses. While stocks last.
      For PRECISION1™
      1. FREE one (1) SGD10 Grab e‐Voucher after purchasing the 4th box of PRECISION1™ or PRECISION1™ for Astigmatism. While stocks last.
      2. FREE one (1) box of PRECISION1™ product after purchasing the 9th box of PRECISION1™ or PRECISION1™ for Astigmatism. The FREE box will be based on the LOWEST VALUE product purchased, in the event that a participant buys more than 1 (one) variant of contact lenses. While stocks last.
  3. How do I redeem my rewards?
    • You can redeem your rewards from the ‘E‐stamps and Rewards’ collection page. Select the available reward that you wish to claim for and click “Redeem Now”.
      1. For Grab e‐Voucher – Upon collection of 4 E‐stamps, the reward will be unlocked. Do note that 24 hours is required for verification before the Grab code is reflected under your account. Upon which, you can copy the code to be used on Grab app. The e‐Voucher code must be used before its expiry date as stated when you redeem this reward in your account. Refer to Grab app for more information on the use of e‐Voucher.
      2. For FOC box of Dailies TOTAL1™ or PRECISION1™ product ‐ Show the outlet staff the FOC box redemption page for him/her to key in the password to unlock the reward. You can then click “Redeem Now” and show completed page to the outlet staff to collect the selected FOC product.
  4. Will my rewards expire?
    • Any unused E‐stamps and unclaimed rewards will expire after 12 months from the date of first E‐stamp collection. This is valid for the program enrolments completed from 1st January – 31st December 2024. The renewal of this program after 31st December 2024 is left to the discretion of Alcon.   5. Can I exchange my rewards for cash?
    • The rewards are strictly not exchangeable, refundable, or replaceable for cash or other credits under any circumstances.
  6. Can I get a replacement for my expired Grab e‐Voucher?
    • No, for Grab e‐Voucher, the code must be used before its expiry date as stated when you redeem this reward in your account.
Participating Optical Stores
  1. How do I know which optical stores are participating in the Alcon Reward Program?
  2. Can I change my selection of optical store after registering?
    • Change of optical store is NOT allowed throughout the redemption process. You have to select your preferred optical store when you register for an account.
